We ship worldwide A delivery contract becomes effective when we have acknowledged the order in writing or indicate that we accept the order by supplying the goods. The way of shipping depends on destination, amount, size and weight of the goods as well as to the prices of the fright companies. We always do our best to find the best shipping possibility for you. Inside Germany we use Deutsche Post or Hermes.

Delivery times
We always try to deliver immediately but sometimes there can be longer delivery times. All information on delivery times are without obligation. The delivery deadlines we specify are not binding for us. Acts of god entitle us to be released from delivery obligations either entirely or partly. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. You will not be charged with extra shipping fee. If we have knowledge we inform you about longer delivery times right after you placed the order and give you the possibility to change or cancel the order without any fee if you don´t want to accept the delivery time. Damages at law and damages for non performance are without obligation.

Despatch
It can happen that goods will be damaged during transportation. If you should have a case like that and see that the package is damaged please mention this on the fright letter or do not accept delivery. Please informam us immediately.

Liability for Defects

If there is a defect you have the right of exchange, repair, price discount or cancellation of the sales contract.

Rules for traders
You have 3 days after delivery to inform us about visible defects. Please inform us about latent defects right after detection. Shipping damages have to mentioned in written to the fright company on the fright letter at delivery.

Returns – rules for consumer
If you don´t like an article you can send it back within 14 days after delivery (no pet food, books or scratch trees and Sturdi products that we don´t have general in stock). We will send you the money back or you can change your order. The consumer has the risk of damage for the back sending and the consumer has to pay the postage fee for the return sending for a worth of goods from up to € 40,00.

Information for battery regulation

In the scope of supply of many devices are batteries, which serve e.g. for the enterprise of remote maintenance. Also in the devices can be firmly inserted batteries or Akkus. In connection with the selling of these batteries or Akkus we are obligated as dealers in accordance with battery regulation to refer our customers to the following: Please dispose used batteries, as by the legislator prescribed, at a local collecting point or deliver you locally free of charge them in the trade. The disposal over the domestic refuse is expressly forbidden. Batteries received from us can free of charge return or sufficiently franked by post office at us send you back to use with us. Batteries, which contain pollutants, are marked by the symbol through-crossed garbage clay/tone. Under the garbage can symbol is the chemical designation of the pollutant, e.g.. UV lamps

Please dispose UV lamps as required by law. The disposal over the domestic refuse is expressly forbidden. Please bring back UV lamps that you received from us (free of charge) or send them back to us by mail (sufficiently franked).

Way Of Payment
Mode of payment is prepayment. We delivery as soon as we have the money. We accept cash, wire transfer or paypal.

Default of payment
We charge € 5,00 for each reminder. Further we ask 5% default interest + base interest after 30 days for consumers and 8% default interest + base interest for traders. The current base interest is here www.basiszins.de .

Ownership
We keep property of goods until we received final payment (§ 455 BGB)  

Severability Clause

If a clause to the agreement is over-reaching, it may result in a court holding the entire agreement to be unenforcable. A severability clause attempts to server any “bad” clauses from the rest of the agreement and allow the rest of the agreement to stand even if the severed clause is declared unenforceable. Should any article, section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of the Gerneral Terms and condition which are part of the sales contracts, for any reason, be held  unconstitutional or invalid, such decision or holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions hereof. It is the intent of the city council of Berlin, Germany to enact each section, and portion thereof, individually, and each such section shall stand alone, if necessary, and be in force regardless of the determined invalidity of any other section or provision.
